Rohan commenced work with Suncoast Valuers in 2005 as a field and research assistant whilst completing his Valuation Degree at the University of Queensland. Rohan is a local Sunshine Coast resident with a strong family history within the Peregian Beach area. Rohan has developed into a competent valuer being registered in QLD in addition to being an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute. Rohan services a wide area ranging from Gympie to Narangba however is typically located on the Sunshine Coast. Over recent years Rohan has increased his scope of work to encompass valuations of Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential and Rural Residential property.
